Our brown rice is certified low GI with a value of 46 out of 100, making it one of the lowest GI rice globally. It was tested at the Glycaemic Index Research Unit (GIRU) of Temasek Polytechnic.



Our proprietary rice is developed through natural selection, certified non-GMO, and tested negative for lateral flow strip by the Myanmar authority.

How to Cook Your Brown Rice

  2. Add 2 cups of water to each cup of rice.
